As part of Guill’s continued commitment to being a leader in the Extrusion Tooling industry, we are proud to announce Guill Labs. Our state of the art lab provides our customers the opportunity to further optimize the latest technology when developing next next-generation end-products, by offering in-house extrusion, material, and product R&D services.

At launch, Guill Labs supports single and co-extrusion capabilities utilizing its tried-and-true die designs.  Access to exotic extrusion processes such as rotary die extrusion of filament and tubular end-products are also available at it’s debut.

Supporting extrusion trials, Guill Labs also offers extrusion training, die cleaning services, sample inspection, and end-product testing.  Guill’s fluidized bath, shown above, has a 50C-605C temperature range and a working volume of 15.7” x 47”.
