Breaker Plates
Guill Tool & Engineering offers a variety of Breaker Plate sizes in material applicable to the product polymer.
Flanges
We will manufacture Flanges to fit any extruder including all angles of connection and heating requirements.
Replacement Parts
If you need replacement parts for your tooling, we offer precision machined parts to replace the originals. Component parts may be identified by stamped numbers on the part or by using the Instruction Manual parts list provided with the Guill Extrusion Head.

Our RFQ is comprehensive. It is not necessary to fill in all the fields. We ask that you fill in as much as you can because the more information you can provide, the more prepared our representative will be when they contact you.
Process Support
Process support is available to help identify production problems associated with extrusion tooling performance. Fill in the fields provided and describe the problems as completely as possible. A Guill technical specialist will respond personally.
