Our profile heads are engineered to help resolve problems with polymer variations often experienced when producing profile and seals of various shapes and sizes. While traditional heads may not address these issues and require reduced production speeds in order to accommodate an inconsistent material distribution flow, our profile heads are designed to rectify these difficulties. The result is greater product consistency with reduced waste material and improved tolerance and accuracy at increased production speeds.
